Stewardship 2012: Our Story—Telling It. Living It.

Take a minute. Stop and think. Remember a time at CPC. Each memory is a part of our Story. Our collective Stories demonstrate our Values in Action. We tell our Stories, but more importantly we live our Stories every day.

During this season of Stewardship, we will pledge our financial support to CPC for 2012. It is based on your pledges of financial support that we build a church operating budget to financially support us in the upcoming year. It is through your pledges that we can carry on and create more Stories for the future.

As we prepare for the Offering of Pledge cards during worship on Sunday, November 13, let us continue to pray for guidance on how to create Stories for our Church and live our values with one another.

Brochures, with pledge cards attached, were recently mailed to homes. We ask that you bring your pledge card with you on November 13 and place it in the offering plate along with your prayers for our Community for the upcoming year and beyond. (You can also mail your pledge card directly to CPC if you aren’t able to attend Worship on November 13.)

Our Story doesn’t have an ending, we continue to write it every day—let’s do our part to pledge for the Story of the future. Let us make the time to pray and ask for guidance about how we can start, continue, or grow our financial pledges for 2012—because so much is yet to be written.
